To use the portal's search engine, entering the desired characteristics ( duration of stay, room type, number of rooms). When you click on the search button a list of available accommodations meeting your search parameters will be displayed. Once you see the list, you can visit the hotel's details by clicking on its photos or on the hotel details button.

1. Enter the arrival and departure dates in the home page, remembering that the departure date does not refer to the last night (i.e. if the last night of my stay is 12/09/2006, I should put the next day as the check out date, in other words, 13/09/2006), enter the number of rooms and room type; then click on search and book.

2. The program will then check availability according to the information given on dates and rooms. A new page will list all available hotels;

3. select the hotel that you prefer. The total price of the rooms for the entire stay will be displayed. Click on book now to continue;

4. A new window will then open where you will view your order. Click on book now and will be asked to enter your data. Once all the mandatory fields in the form are filled in, you will be asked to accept the regulation on privacy and personal data processing. Click on the check out now button to accept and proceed;

5. After this operation you must pay on the protected bank server an account of the total price.

6. the booking confirmation will be given via an email sent to the address entered in the form mentioned in part 4). Should you not receive that email confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible: help@rexervation.com

The booking confirmation is given INSTANTLY because room availability is constantly updated in the system. In any case each individual hotel is solely responsible for everything concerning booking management through the system. When hotels join the network, they undertake to constantly update their data on room availability.

The price of requested room is confirmed by HR Hotel Reservation. A deposit is required at the time of booking with remainder payable on checkout. Your credit card is charged for the cost indicated at time of purchase. Prices and rooms availability are not guaranteed until the online payment is received. The deposit is not refoundable.

The information requested during registration is necessary for the hotel and reXervation to manage the booking request. All information is strictly confidential and shall be transmitted via an encrypted channel that ensures privacy. Your credit card data, necessary to guarantee booking, is also transmitted through safe, on the protected bank server (SSL Secure Server).

If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason you must telephone your Hotel number before the time indicated by the Hotel in the section "cancellation policy". Be ready to quote the information contained in your Reservation Confirmation. If you cancel your reservation within the days indicated by the Hotel in the Cancellation Policy Section of the Reservation Confirmation we will not debit your credit card for the first night, thereby forfeiting your deposit. If you cancel your reservation after the days indicated by the Hotel in the Cancellation Policy Section of the Reservation Confirmation the hotel have the right to make a No Show Charge on your credit card for the total price of first night reserved. Cancellation is not valid by any other method. Cancellation of the reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit taken at the time of booking.
